Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at 1.dez1gns09@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping), or process your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll take care of it right away.
